an embedding with the Triballink Early Years Cultural Dashboard
The Triballink Early Years Cultural Training and Learning Dashboard is a comprehensive professional learning platform designed to support early childhood educators and services in embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in meaningful, respectful and culturally safe ways.
Built around The Triballink Way – Learning Through Country, the program combines face-to-face cultural training with ongoing online learning, providing educators with practical tools, resources and support throughout their cultural journey.
The dashboard includes access to cultural awareness and anti-racism training, child safety resources, local cultural knowledge, seasonal calendars, videos, downloadable activities, reflective practice tools, policy templates and curriculum-aligned learning experiences linked to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
More than just a training program, the dashboard is an ongoing partnership with educators, supporting centres to build confidence, strengthen cultural capability and create culturally responsive learning environments where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and perspectives are celebrated every day.
Educators can learn at their own pace, access new resources throughout the year and engage in a combination of online learning, face-to-face workshops and reflective practice activities, ensuring that culture is embedded as a living and ongoing journey rather than a one-off training session.
