Activity Centre
The Triballink activity centre is set on 54 acres located in Mapleton on the Sunshine Coast hinterland in Queensland. Triballink is a purpose build cultural experience for you to participate and learn about First Nations concepts, bush skills and bush tucker. You’ll have the opportunity to have an culturally inspired meal and watch us perform traditional dance, songs and stories.
We would love your group to come and experience culture, food and enjoy good yarns around the fires.

The Dreaming Tour
Take a walk with us and immerse yourself in an authentic cultural experience. Firstly we introduce country, and the Traditional Custodians that live here, paint ourselves in clay as a welcoming and talk about the ancient tools and weapons that have sustained our people for generations.
We walk though our extensive food/rainforests learning to identify edible foods, plants while tasting those is season.
Finish your journey with a cup of lemon Myrtle soda with a few more yarns and storytelling

Walk with us, share with us and laugh with us. This experience is a little longer and gives a deeper understanding of culture.
Experience local stories, weapons and tools throw the boomerang and or spears! Walk though our extensive food/rainforests learning to identify edible foods, plants while tasting those available in season followed by your choice of activity either,
- Making a Emu Feather Tassel (Awesome cultural item to take home)
- Traditional Games (bunya Bunya, Bunya Bowling and Spear throwing)
Finally enjoy one of our Bush Tucker boxes, that include scones with bush jam and seasonal goodies.

Journey To the Bunya
(Mud Challenge)
This is a challenge from long ago. When the Traditional Owners of the Sunshine Coast, the Jinibara and Kabi Kabi peoples lived, loved and learned, the Nations of Australia would come together once a year, at what is called the Bunya Festival – or what we call the Bunya Dreaming.
Activity Overview: We have 1 to 4 teams of up to 130people!!!! each team will complete 6 activities
- Mary River Crossing
- Bridge Building
- Obstacle Course
- Spear Throwing
- Big Mud Challenge (Bunya Bunya)
- Giant slide
Cost: $55.00 per person (Min of 50 Participants)
