This course can be tailored to suit any workplace where employees wish to improve their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and culture, and to offer appropriate and effective service delivery in a culturally safe environment.
Administrative, community services professionals and other professional and technical staff will enjoy learning in a culturally safe environment and be able to ask and talk about how to engage with First nations people, learn First Nations concepts, and participate within a cultural appropriate workplace.
